Edna Littrell

Edna Frances Littrell, 101, of Wheeling, Missouri passed away Friday, September 20, 2019 at her home.

Edna was born March 10, 1918 in Hamilton, Missouri to parents Robert Baxter and Mary Ellen Powell Lamison. She graduated from Hamilton High School and Northwest Missouri State University earning her teaching degree. She married Robert Spencer Littrell on May 30, 1948 at the Chillicothe Christian Church. Edna was a grade school teacher at Meadville R4 and retired after many years of service.

She was a member of the Wheeling Christian Church and a Sunday school teacher. Edna was a founding member of the Countryside Federated Garden club and a member of Chapter R PEO and Delta Kappa Gamma.

Edna is survived by her daughter, Elaine Duncan and husband Fred of Purdin, Missouri; son, Terry Littrell and wife Shelia of Richmond, Missouri; grandchildren, Patricia Duncan an husband Brandon Cline of Fort Worth, Texas; Tyler Duncan and wife Beth of Austin, Texas; Jamie Littrell of Wheeling; Christy Watters and husband Eric of Independence, Missouri; Derek Littrell and wife Heather of Richmond, Missouri; Tracy Nichols and husband Allen of Richmond, Missouri; 13 greatgrandchildren, sister-in-law, Ruth Davis of Jefferson City, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Littrell; parents, Robert and Mary Lamison; brothers, Robert Jr., Louis, Herbert, and Charles Lamison; sister, Mary Kraemer.

A visitation will be held Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Chillicothe, Missouri.

A funeral service will be held Monday, September 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wheeling Christian Church in Wheeling, Missouri.

Burial will take place at the Wheeling Cemetery in Wheeling, Missouri following the Funeral Service.
