Kathryn  B. Morrow, 87, of Chillicothe MO passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.
Kathryn was born November 14, 1924 in Brimson, MO the daughter of John Lemual Hammond and Frankie Schooler Hammond.
On January 13, 1947 Kathryn married Lloyd Vernon Morrow in Long Beach, CA. He preceded her in death on April 17, 2004.
Kathryn worked for many years as a nurse aide in several area nursing homes including Morningside Center, Livingston Manor and Jones Retirement Home.
She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God in Chillicothe and she was always faithful to pray for all her friends and family and she enjoyed reading her Bible.
Kathryn is survived by three daughters, Lonnia Clevenger of Chillicothe, Gayle White and husband Randall of Warrensburg, MO, and Jacky Foster of  Newtown, MO; 9 grandchildren, Kimberly Gallman, Anthony Lloyd Clevenger, Melissa Seitz, Brandy White, Janene Silkwood, Andrew Wilson, James Foster, Courtney Carr and Clint Foster; 25 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; a sister Ruby Cranmer and husband Jerry of Walnut Shade, MO; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd; brothers, Morris Hammond and Cecil Hammond; sisters Dorothy Meekins, Ack Hughes and Silvey Brandt.
Memorials in honor of Kathryn Morrow may be made the American Lung Association and left at the funeral home or mailed to Heritage Funeral Home, 3141 N. Washington, Chillicothe, MO 64601. On line condolences may be left at  www.heritage-becausewecare.com .
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2012  at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe, MO
There will be no visitation.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, July 16, 2012 from 12:00 noon until 6 p.m.
