Leonard Wade

Leonard Dean Wade, 72, of Chillicothe, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014 at his home under the care of his family and St. Luke’s Hospice Care.
Leonard was born July 15, 1942 in Ft. Dodge, Iowa the son of Albert Lee Wade and Dollie Frances Garlow Wade. He was a graduate of Chillicothe High School and served in the United States Army.
He married Margie Norfleet at Utica Baptist Church, Utica MO. She preceded him in death in 2003.
Leonard worked for Granite City Steel and Laclede Steel Company, both in Illinois.
Leonard is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Marie Wade of Chillicothe; three brothers, Vernon Wade (Twilla) of Chillicothe , Bill Wade of Dawn, MO and Charles Wade (Verline) of Chillicothe.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margie; and infant daughter, Karen Lynn Wade.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe.
