Lois Irene Gastineau, 84, of Chillicothe MO, died on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.
She was born January 17, 1931 in Mooresville MO, the daughter of Henry Lloyd and Nellie Phoebe Fryer.
Lois graduated from Chillicothe High School and soon afterwards married Lloyd Vernon Gastineau. She worked for Southwestern Bell for many years and raised four children. Later, she worked in retail and wrapped gifts with exquisite bows. After retail, Lois assisted at McCoy Dentistry.
She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Chillicothe. She sang in the choir, participated in Bible studies and enjoyed assisting with bridal and baby showers.
Survivors include one son, Stephen Gastineau; three daughters, Irene Schmatt, Cheryl Campbell (Ralph) and Anita Bomgardner (Troy). Other survivors include many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held at 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe.
Graveside services will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, at 1:00 p.m.
