Margie Ann (Miller) Turner, 82, of Jamesport, Missouri passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Cameron Regional Hospital.
Margie was born March 22, 1939, in Alcoa, Tennessee to parents Benson Hammond and Ella Mae (Brown)Miller. She was a 1957 graduate of Everette High School located in Maryville, Tennessee. She married Roy Wilburn Turner in Maryville, Tennessee on April 1, 1958. Margie was a 1987 graduate of Marion College, earning he Registered Nurse degree. She worked several years at Columbus Regional Hospital in the Labor and delivery ward.
Margie was a woman of deep faith, attending the Church Of God. She had many interests including, cooking, baking and vacationing in Tennessee. Her family was very important to her, especially spending quality time with her grandchildren.
Margie is survived by her husband, Roy Turner of Roland, Oklahoma; children, Darlene and Wayne Huey of Jamesport, Missouri; Roy And Terry Turner of Tok, Alaska; grandchildren, Crystal and Nick Burrows of Brookston, Texas; Heather and Robert Swymeler of Jamesport, Missouri; Matthew Turner of Anchorage, Alaska; Shantee Shonk of Greensburg, Indiana; great-grandchildren, Keyonie Gilpin; Dylan Burrows; Noah Burrows; Johnathon Swymeler; Shelby Barmann; Derek Swymeler; Mckinley Shonk; Oliver Shonk; great-great-grandchildren, Austin Gilpin; Ariel Swymeler; Violet Barmann; brothers, William Miller Jr.; Bobby Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Benson and Ella Miller; siblings, Bev Klassen; Creed Miller; Jack Miller; Benson Miller Jr.; Reed Merrel Miller.
Margie was laid to rest in Sherwood Gardens, located in Alcoa, Tennessee.
Services were provided by Heritage Funeral Home located in Chillicothe, Missouri.
