Marjorie Elaine Plowman

     Marjorie Elaine Plowman 87, of Liberty, MO passed away on March 22, 2025 at Liberty Hospital. She was born on February 5th, 1938 to loving parents Dave and Bessie Keith in Chillicothe, MO. Marjorie graduated from Chillicothe High School and went to work as the school’s library clerk for many years. She went on to marry her childhood sweetheart Thomas Plowman on June 29, 1957 at the First Baptist Church of Chillicothe, MO. Marjorie was a proud member of First Baptist Church for several years. She enjoyed meeting people and bring smiles to everyone’s faces.

     Marjorie is survived by her two sons, Steve Plowman and his wife Brenda of Liberty, MO, and Chris Plowman of Kearney, MO. Her three grandchildren, Ricky Lee of Liberty, MO, Robbie Lee of Liberty, MO, and Christan Plowman of Gladstone, MO. Along with two sisters-in-laws and one niece, Marilyn Keith, Ladaya Keith and Barbara Weeks of Chillicothe, MO.

     She is preceded by her parents, Dave and Bessie Keith. Her husband, Thomas Plowman. Four brothers, Wilbur Keith, Raymond Keith, Larry Keith, and Howard Keith.

     Memorials in honor of Marjorie Elaine Plowman may be made out to First Baptist Church in Kearney, MO.

     A Visitation will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on Friday the 28th at 1pm.

     A Graveside Service will be held at 2:15pm on Friday the 28th at Edgewood Cemetery in Chillicothe, MO.
