Mary Frances Williams, 87, of Louisiana, MO. formerly of Chillicothe, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Maple Grove Lodge in Louisiana.
Mary Frances Williams was born February 25, 1924 in Chillicothe, MO the daughter of Lewis Wayne Cooper and Lena Hargrave Cooper. She was a graduate of Chillicothe High School.
On May 26, 1949 Mary Frances married Luther Elmer Williams in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Chillicothe. He preceded her in death on February 16, 2006.
She was a member of Highview Baptist Church.
Mary Frances was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and serving the Lord.
She is survived by three daughters, Wanda Brown and husband, Rev. Philip Brown of Clarksville, MO, Patricia Pankey and husband, Rev. Russell Pankey of Raymore, MO and Carol Hunter and husband, Gerald of Chillicothe, MO; five grandchildren, Jessica, Shanna, Brent, Amanda and Aaron; great granddaughter, Shayla; brother, Ralph Cooper of Chillicothe; three sisters, Helen Haley of Chillicothe; Catherine Rosson of Brookfield, MO and Clara Perry of Moberly, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Luther; and a sister Maxine Cooper Prewitt.
There was no visitation
Private graveside services were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Chillicothe.
