Patricia Delores Zullig, 81 of Chillicothe MO passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Indian Hills Retirements Village in Chillicothe. Patricia was born January 2, 1934 in Utica MO the daughter of Leroy Greene and Lela (Lee) Greene. She was a graduate of graduate of Garrison High School in Chillicothe and the Chillicothe Vo-Tech.
She was an interior decorator at Beardmore’s Interiors, and was a house keeper and caregiver. She worked in a number of restaurants, was a cook at Bishop Hogan, worked at the US Post Office and the House of Lloyd’s.
Pat married Charles Ray Zullig on December 21, 2008 at Bethel AME Church in Chillicothe. He survives of the home.
She was a member of Progressive Arts and Studies, the Business and Professional Women’s Organization, Women’s Democrat Club, American Legion Women’s Auxiliary, Grand River Harmony Chorus, and the Sweet Adeline’s. She served on the Chillicothe Zoning Board, Board of Directors of Morning Side, the local Habitat for Humanity, and the NAACP.
At the age of 6, Patricia knew how important God was and became a lifelong member of Bethel AME Church, she also attended the Chillicothe United Methodist Church and Mt Zion Methodist Church.
She loved taking pictures and traveling to many countries such as Ireland, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Canada and England. She took a host of cruises. Patricia developed many friendships with people of all denominations and walks of life and she never met a stranger.
Patricia is survived by her husband Charles Zullig of Chillicothe; daughters, La’Tishia Burns and Kimberlee Campbell both of Wichita KS and Kathryn Foster of Las Vegas NV; grandchildren, Joshua Fairley and Gregory (Davia) Burns; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; nephews, Edward (Maria) Greene of Covington WA, James Walden, Darwin Walden and Dee Hughes of De Moines, IA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lela and Leroy Greene; and sisters, Yvonne Greene, Darrieux Walden, and Mitzye Phoenix.

There has been a cremation and no visitation is scheduled.
A Memorial Celebration of Patricia’s Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe MO.
Burial will be at Utica Cemetery, Utica, MO.
