Phyllis Boyle

Phyllis Sharon (Wood) Boyle, 72, of Laclede, Missouri passed away April 2, 2021, in Brunswick, Missouri.

Phyllis was born October 1, 1948, in Kansas City, Missouri to parents Clarence Sherwood and Mary Mabel (Gill) Wood. She worked for several years at Pershing Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, Missouri.

She loved to go to the Dirt Track Races. Phyllis loved her family time and most of all her time spent with her children and grandchildren.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Leonora Smith and husband Michael of Laclede, Missouri; Jeff Elkins and wife Tassie of Purdin, Missouri; grandchildren, Taren Manser and significant other Andrea Thornton; Alyssa Allnutt and husband Luke; Dillon Elkins and significant other Patricia Rodriguez; Shelby Black and significant other Samuel Crosby; Alexandra Moore; Brett Smith and wife Brooklyn; Tyler Smith and significant other Madison Hiatt; Drake Smith; great-grandkids, Trenton Manser; Truman Manser; Trenton Williams; Ember Rodriguez; Abel Elkins; Connor Allnutt; Jackson Allnut; Caiden Smith; brothers, Don Wood; Danny Wood; Jerry Wood.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Mary Wood; and brother, Ronald Wood.

Calling hours will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2021, and Thursday, April 8, 2021.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 9, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held Friday, April 9, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home.

Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Chillicothe.
