Scott Joseph McKay, 49, of Chillicothe MO passed away Monday, February 17, 2014 at his residence in Chillicothe.
Scott was born May 23, 1964 in Park Ridge, IL the son of Joseph McKay and Judith Ann Sherman McKay-Burkey.
Scott became a cook and worked in various area restaurants. He particularly enjoyed cooking and trying new recipes on his father and special friends.
He is survived by his father, Joseph McKay of Chula MO; mother, Judith Ann McKay-Burkey of Hiles WI; a daughter Jessica also of Hiles WI and a sister, Laurie of Crandon, WI
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
A private memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe. Another memorial service will be held in Wisconsin at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe, MO.
