Veronica Navarre

Veronica Mae Brose-Benton-Navarre born to Don Brose and Carol Jean Perkes in St. Paul, Minnesota on December 3rd 1964, died Thursday March 26th 2015 in Chillicothe, Missouri after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Veronica resided at Morningside Center nursing home and was under the care of Saint Luke’s Hospice.  Veronica was always a very determined and hard working person.  She loved Park City, Utah and owned and operated a horse barn and training area for many years. She had a deep connection with horses since she was a child and lived her dream training horses and riders until her disease progressed. Veronica loved the outdoors and excelled at skiing in Park City and boating especially at Lake Powell.  She was married to Mitch Benton for many years and later to Steve Navarre in Park City, Utah. Veronica was preceded in death by her grandparents Dave and Alvina Hildenbrand and R.C and Edna Brose. She is survived by her father Don Brose (Glenna ) of Layton, Utah; mother Carol Perkes (Kenny) of Chillicothe, MO;  four brothers Tim Brose of Chillicothe, MO;  Mike Brose (Sheree) of Kaysville Utah;  Jason Brose (Michelle) of Chillicothe, MO;  and Brandon Brose (Teddy)of Lynchburg, Virginia. She leaves many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are provided by Heritage Funeral Home and will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 10642 Old Hwy 190, Chillicothe, MO. Saturday April 4th at 10 am. Burial will be at Blue Mound Cemetery in Dawn, Missouri following the service.
